Your Growth Stalled.
The Constraint Is Probably Your Management System.
HFH Consulting helps founder-led and scaling organizations fix leadership bottlenecks, accountability gaps, and execution breakdowns, so growth can scale again.
Companies growing fast but feeling slower internally
Founder-led or executive-led teams with decision bottlenecks
Organizations where priorities are clear at the top and blurry in the middle
Businesses doing strong revenue but stuck below their next growth stage
If growth is stalling because the business no longer scales through founder effort alone, this is the work.
Who This Is For
Signs Growth Is Limited By Management, Not Market Demand
Leaders are still making too many routine decisions
Priorities change faster than teams can execute them
Accountability is discussed often but enforced inconsistently
Revenue is strong, but operational drag keeps increasing
Middle management absorbs noise instead of driving outcomes
Teams are busy, but core strategic initiatives stall out
Management Consulting Engagements Built Around Your Specific Constraint
Management Constraint Diagnostic
For leadership teams that know growth has stalled but need to pinpoint the operational and management bottleneck causing it.
Best fit: Established businesses with real revenue where growth has stalled and leadership isn't sure where the bottleneck is
What gets fixed: identifies where strategy is breaking down in execution
What you walk away with: a clear map of the constraint and a prioritized fix sequence
Leadership Execution Advisory
For CEOs and senior teams who need direct support aligning priorities, ownership, accountability, and execution rhythm.
Best fit: Founder-led companies doing $5M to $50M that have hit a growth plateau and can't pinpoint why
What gets fixed: decision rights, accountability cadence, priority alignment
What you walk away with: a leadership team executing on the same priorities with clear ownership
Scaling Systems Engagement
For organizations ready to redesign decision systems, reporting, and management structure so growth no longer depends on heroic effort.
Best fit: Leadership teams that know growth has slowed but need to identify the exact management constraint causing it
What gets fixed: decision systems, reporting visibility, operating rhythm
What you walk away with: a management system that scales without the founder in every loop
How I Work
1. Diagnose the constraint. We identify where leadership strategy is breaking down in execution.
2. Redesign the management system. We clarify decision rights, accountability, reporting, and operating rhythms.
3. Support implementation. We help leadership teams operationalize the changes so growth can scale cleanly.

About Nick Hamm
I work with leadership teams when growth slows down and the usual fixes stop working. In most cases the problem is not effort, talent, or market demand. It is the management system underneath the business. I have spent my career inside growing companies, including helping scale one of North America's largest live event businesses, and the pattern is almost always the same: strategy is clear at the top but breaks down on the way to execution.
My job is to find that constraint, redesign the system around it, and help your leadership team turn strategy back into results.
Who I work with: Founder-led and scaling companies that have real revenue but have hit a growth ceiling the current management approach can't push through.
The perspective I bring: An operator, not a slide-deck consultant. I have sat in the seat, carried the numbers, and built the systems, so the work is grounded in what actually happens inside a growing company.
What makes it different: I don't hand you a strategy document and leave. I redesign the decision-making, accountability, and operating rhythms underneath the business, then stay to help you implement them.
If Growth Has Slowed, The Constraint Is Probably Visible
If your company is generating real revenue but execution is getting harder, slower, and more dependent on leadership intervention, the issue is usually structural. Let's identify it.
Best fit for established businesses with active leadership teams and stalled or inefficient growth
