HFH Reporting
Private reporting for HFH Consulting Inc
Updated October 27, 2026. Setup is in progress. Live QuickBooks access is pending technical validation and authorization.
HFH Reporting is an internal business reporting tool for HFH Consulting Inc. It is designed to summarize revenue, collections, outstanding receivables and customer concentration from HFH’s authorized QuickBooks Online company. Access is limited to the company administrator who authorizes the connection. There is no public registration or service for other businesses.
The reporting connection is configured to retrieve information without creating, changing or deleting accounting records. QuickBooks authorization uses Intuit’s Accounting permission, which is broader than read-only access; the reporting tool separately restricts its available operations.
Reports are designed to distinguish cash collected from earned revenue and advances, identify currencies and reporting periods, and support review against QuickBooks. Separately authorized calendar information may later be used to compare scheduled meeting time with revenue. Calendar access requires its own connection.
Access, connection and support
This website provides information about the app. The reporting tool runs in HFH’s authorized desktop workspace; it does not run inside this webpage. Connection and reconnection are available only to the authorized administrator through Intuit’s authorization flow after setup is complete. Never send passwords, authorization codes or access tokens by email or enter them on this page.
To stop access, disconnect HFH Reporting in QuickBooks Online’s connected-app management area and stop the reporting connection in the desktop workspace. Revoking the connection stops future authorized access. It does not automatically delete previously saved reports or conversations; see the privacy policy below.

Privacy policy
Scope and responsibility
HFH Consulting Inc operates HFH Reporting and is responsible for its use of data. This policy covers the reporting app. The general website policy continues to cover ordinary visits and inquiries to the HFH Consulting website. HFH Reporting is independently operated and does not process information on Intuit’s behalf.
Information processed and why
With the QuickBooks company administrator’s authorization, the app retrieves information needed for internal business reporting. This may include company and customer identifiers and names; invoices, payments, sales receipts, credits and refunds; transaction dates, amounts, currencies and descriptions; receivables; account classifications; and relevant accounting reports and preferences. Transaction descriptions and customer records may contain personal information.
The app uses this information to calculate and explain revenue, collections, balances and customer concentration, reconcile reporting differences, and answer the administrator’s business questions. It also processes connection credentials and limited operational information needed to maintain and troubleshoot the connection. Credentials are not included in reporting prompts. HFH limits retrieval and disclosure to information needed for the authorized task.
Service providers and AI processing
Selected reporting information and prompts are processed by OpenAI through the authorized desktop workspace to generate summaries and analysis. This can include customer names and financial information when needed for the requested report. AI output may contain errors and is reviewed against the source records.
HFH does not use QuickBooks data to train AI models. AI processing of QuickBooks data is permitted only after provider settings or contractual terms excluding model training have been verified. Live data must not be processed while that verification is outstanding.
Intuit supplies the authorized accounting connection. Squarespace hosts this public information page; the reporting design does not upload accounting records or credentials to Squarespace. Providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, under their applicable service terms and safeguards. HFH does not sell QuickBooks information or use it for advertising.
Access and safeguards
Access to the reporting connection is restricted to the authorized administrator. HFH uses access controls, protected credential storage and encrypted network connections, and keeps credentials out of public pages and reporting content. Security controls must be validated before live use. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention, disconnection and deletion
HFH retains reporting information only as needed for the authorized reporting purpose, reconciliation, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Revoking Intuit access stops new retrieval; saved local reports and information already included in OpenAI conversations are separate copies. They must be deleted separately through the relevant storage or account controls, subject to provider retention and backup policies and any legal obligation to retain records.
The administrator or a person whose information is included may contact info@hfhconsulting.com to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about processing and cross-border service providers. HFH verifies the requester’s authority, addresses the request as required by applicable law, and explains any limits arising from legal recordkeeping requirements. App disconnection or deletion of reporting copies does not alter the source books in QuickBooks.
Changes
HFH will update this notice when the app’s data practices change. A material expansion of access or purpose requires appropriate notice and authorization before the expanded processing begins.
End-user license agreement
Authorized internal use
HFH Consulting Inc grants its authorized company administrator a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use HFH Reporting for HFH’s internal business reporting, subject to these terms and the privacy policy above. The administrator must have authority to connect the QuickBooks company and process the information supplied. The app is not offered for resale, public signup or connecting unrelated companies.
Responsibilities and restrictions
Use the app lawfully and only within the authority granted by the relevant data owner. Keep credentials confidential; do not share access, bypass security controls or enable unauthorized accounting changes. Intuit and OpenAI services remain subject to their own applicable terms. HFH grants no rights to third-party software, trademarks or data beyond those held by the applicable rights owner.
Reports and availability
Reports and AI-generated explanations support internal management decisions. They may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate and must be checked against source records before reliance. The tool does not replace bookkeeping review, tax filings or professional advice. Availability depends on the connected services and the authorized desktop environment; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Fees, suspension and termination
No separate subscription fee is charged for this internal app. Any consulting or third-party service fees are governed by separate agreements. HFH may suspend access for security concerns, misuse or loss of authorization. The administrator may stop using the app and revoke the QuickBooks connection at any time. On termination, use of the connection must stop; retained information is handled under the privacy policy and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
General terms and contact
The app is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. These app-specific terms do not replace a separate consulting engagement agreement. Questions about the app or these terms may be directed to HFH Consulting Inc, info@hfhconsulting.com.
